The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, encouraging students to develop confidence and competence in numeracy and problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include:
*Planning and delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
*Monitoring and assessing student progress to support academic achievement
*Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Contributing to the wider school community and extracurricular initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
*Experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level
*Excellent classroom management and communication skills
*A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
