Residential Support Worker
Location: Matlock and Shirebrook
Salary: Starting from £24,000 per annum + £5,000 annual sleep-in allowance
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people aged 8–18 years. You will work in a challenging yet highly rewarding environment, providing care, guidance, and emotional support.

Essential Skills & Attributes

*Strong communication skills
*Attention to detail and a proactive approach
*Commitment to making a positive difference
Requirements
*Minimum 1 year experience in Health and Social Care (required for senior posts)
*Experience working directly with children aged 8–18 (preferred)
*Good written and spoken English
*Right to work in the UK
*Willingness to undergo a free DBS check
*Flexibility to work long shifts (10:00 – 22:00) and sleep-ins
*Full driving licence (preferred or in progress)
