What You’ll Be Doing *Supporting pupils in KS3 & KS4 within the classroom, small groups, or 1:1
*Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management
*Helping to create an inclusive environment where all pupils can succeed
*Working with SEND pupils, supporting their individual learning plans
*Contributing to safeguarding and the well-being of young people in line with DfE and school policies
What We’re Looking For *Experience working with young people (school-based or transferable)
*A calm, supportive and professional approach
*Good communication and the ability to build positive relationships
*Reliability, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in education
*Ability to follow safeguarding, behaviour and school policies effectively
Desirable (but not essential):
*Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification
*Experience supporting SEND
*Graduates looking for school-based experience
