Job Description:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a polished and impeccably presented Private Medical Concierge/ Receptionist / Patient Coordiantor to join an independent private eye clinic on Harley Street, moments from Oxford Street station.
This is far more than a traditional front-of-house / patient coordinator role. It is suited to an individual experienced in ultra-high-net-worth environments, where discretion, refinement and anticipatory service are second nature. The front-of-house / patient coordinator /patient concierge position offers a salary of up to £33,000 and operates Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime required to coordinate emergency appointments.
We are seeking a candidate from a high-net-worth, luxury-led background. Previous office experience is essential, alongside a career history within one or more of the following:
*Five-star or ultra-luxury hotels
*Private members’ clubs
*Luxury fashion houses or flagship boutiques
*UHNW private households or private PA roles
*Any high-end concierge or bespoke client services
The successful candidate will be a sophisticated communicator, confident liaising with high-profile individuals, consultants and private patients, and comfortable operating within a discreet, high-expectation environment.
The clinic is renowned for delivering an exceptional, personalised service within an elegant and calm setting. Specialising in complex, blindness-related conditions and with a growing medical trials division, it is at the forefront of private ophthalmic care.
The Receptionist/ patient coordinator /patient concierge:
As a key ambassador for the clinic, you will:
*Act as the first point of contact for consultants and patients, delivering a seamless, concierge-style experience
*Coordinate emergency surgical procedures at short notice, managing consultant diaries and liaising with surgeons and clinical teams
*Provide polished and professional communication across all channels
*Manage consultant clinic diaries with precision and discretion
*Process payments confidentially and respond to sensitive patient enquiries
*Support operational duties including stock control, ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance
*Uphold immaculate standards of presentation, confidentiality and service excellence at all times
Hours: Shifts: 8.00am-5.00pm, 9.00am-6.00pm, 10.00am-7.00pm (with flexibility required in case of emergencies)
