As the Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
*First point of contact for customers via phone and email
*Processing orders, up-selling additional products where appropriate
*Ensuring customers are kept updated throughout the order process
*Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers
The successful Dutch Customer Service Advisorwill have the following related skills / experience:
*Fluent in Dutch and English is essential
*Excellent communication skills
