What Reed Education are Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS
*Experience in SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision (or strong interest in developing skills in these areas)
*Adaptability, resilience, and a child-centred approach
*Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with pupils
*Confidence managing small class groups with diverse needs
