Job Description:
Showroom Sales Advisor
Annual Salary: £26,000–£28,000 + performance bonus up to £6,200 (OTE £34,200)
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours p/week
Our client is a prestigious, market-leading retailer specialising in luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring, renowned for exceptional design, craftsmanship, and service. This is a design-led, consultative sales role, working exclusively with warm inbound enquiries—no cold calling. Customers come through showroom visits, booked appointments, phone calls, and email enquiries. You’ll work with a diverse customer base, adapting your communication style to suit each individual and delivering a premium, professional showroom experience.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
*Deliver an exceptional in-showroom customer experience.
*Handle inbound sales calls and make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads.
*Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries, and provide aftersales support.
*Offer confident, creative advice on product suitability, sizing, and design.
*Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity logs.
*Arrange sample dispatches and confirm customer appointments.
*Maintain a pristine showroom environment and offer refreshments to visiting clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*Professional, friendly, and confident communicator across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
*Strong creative flair and interest in interiors or design.
*Consultative approach with the ability to guide customers through high-value purchasing decisions.
*Target-driven with proven ability to achieve KPIs.
*Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
*Proactive and responsive to customer needs.
*Experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
*Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
*Access to own vehicle and a valid driving licence (due to showroom location).
