* Previous experience in a customer service advisor role, ideally within public sector or service-led environments.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive or complex queries.
* Confident using IT systems and learning new processes quickly.
* A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
