Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a highly reputable and well-established estate agency in the Norwich area on a full or part-time basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections, inventories, and check-outs, with some office property management duties. You’ll work closely with the lettings and property management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both landlords and tenants.
As a Property Manager, you will be offered:

Working hours:
As a Property Manager, you will work Monday to Friday. Our client is also open to candidates seeking flexible arrangements, including four full days per week or reduced hours (10:00am–4:00pm) across four days.
Key responsibilities:
*Conduct detailed property inventories, check-ins, and check-outs
*Carry out mid-term inspections and report on property condition
*Liaise with tenants, landlords, and property managers in a professional manner
*Ensure reports are completed promptly and accurately
*Maintain organised records and manage your daily schedule efficiently
*Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
Property Manager requirements:
*Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk/Property Manager or within a similar property-related role
*Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
*Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
*Strong IT skills, with familiarity in Street CRM considered an advantage.
