We are recruiting an experienced Store Manager for a high profile outdoor retail store based at Cotswold Designer Outlet.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial Store Manager who thrives in a fast paced outlet environment, enjoys leading high performing teams, and wants to be rewarded for delivering results.
With a salary of £35,000 plus bonus and OTE over £38,000, this role offers strong earning potential alongside long term progression.

Store Manager responsibilities As Store Manager, you will:
*Take full ownership of store performance and commercial results
*Drive sales, conversion and ATV through strong leadership and coaching
*Lead and motivate a large retail team in a high footfall outlet environment
*Deliver excellent customer service and brand standards at all times
*Manage visual merchandising to maximise sales and stock flow
*Recruit, train and develop your team to build a high performing culture
*Oversee stock control, compliance, audits and health and safety
*Use commercial reporting to identify opportunities and improve profitability
About you We are looking for a Store Manager who has:
*Proven experience as a Store Manager within outlet, fashion, outdoor, footwear or lifestyle retail
*A strong commercial mindset with experience managing KPIs and P&L
*The ability to lead, develop and retain a high performing retail team
*A hands on, results driven leadership style
*Passion for delivering great service in a fast paced retail environment
