Job Description:
Are you an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to join a practice that offers its staff fantastic support and benefits? We are currently recruiting for our clients, an independent and successful Surveying Practice, who are looking to add a Residential Surveyor to their team in the Preston area on a full-time basis.
They are ideally looking for someone who is able to carry out valuations and Level 2 and 3 Surveys.
Working hours:
*As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time
*Remote working
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
*On Target earnings of £70,000 - £90,000
*Annual Bonus
*Car allowance
*Mileage
*Private Healthcare
*Annual Leave Schemes
*Surveying equipment + iPad technology
*RICS Annual membership fees and VRS
*CPD events and opportunities
*Structured training and onboarding
*Monthly meetings and regular social events
Residential Surveyor requirements:
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor
*VRS Registered
*Highly driven and organised
*Experience in using iPad and Apps
*UK driving license
*Strong communication skills both written and verbal
