Your new role
You will play a central role in helping fundraising and trading teams develop profitable product ranges. You will research consumer trends, analyse sales data and support the selection of products that resonate with supporters and generate income. Your work will involve sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing RFQ and RFT processes and ensuring all procurement activity is compliant, efficient and aligned with organisational priorities. You will also oversee inventory reordering, raise purchase orders and support the delivery of the wider procurement pipeline. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong collaboration with colleagues across the organisation and a commitment to delivering high-quality procurement outcomes.

What you’ll need to succeed
Success in this role will come from your ability to combine commercial insight with strong procurement capability. You will need experience in retail buying and negotiating with manufacturers or product resellers, along with a solid background in tactical procurement and managing RFQ and RFT processes. A proven ability to deliver best value and achieve cashable savings is essential, as is the confidence to work at pace and meet tight deadlines. Additional strengths such as procurement qualifications, experience with Source-to-Pay systems, inventory management or familiarity with the charity sector would be beneficial.
