Do you have 2+ years of experience in B2B sponsorship sales? Are you looking for structured training, an experienced management team, and clear career progression?
I’m partnering with a well-established global conference and events organisation that is looking for a talented B2B sponsorship sales professional to join its high-performing London team.
In this role, you’ll work across a diverse portfolio of large-scale international B2B events, building relationships with senior decision-makers at top multinational organisations.
The organisation operates at a significant scale, delivering highly respected conferences and attracting thousands of executive-level attendees worldwide. The sponsorship team is central to its success, driving revenue through long-term partnerships and consultative sales strategies.

You will join a commercially driven, collaborative sales environment with a strong track record of growth, customer retention and internal development. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-focused setting and enjoys building meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities for this Sponsorship Sales Manager
*Deliver and exceed agreed revenue targets across assigned sponsorship campaigns
*Identify, engage and convert new business opportunities
*Grow revenue from existing and previous sponsors through effective account management
*Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers
*Manage a healthy and well-qualified sales pipeline
*Collaborate closely with internal event and content teams to align sponsorship solutions
*Maintain strong market awareness to support future event and partnership development
*Demonstrate effective planning, prioritisation and time management
*Produce accurate sales reporting, forecasting and campaign updates
Your experience
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sponsorship sales
*Confident in creating new business opportunities and account management
*Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
*Commercially minded, self-motivated and highly organised
*Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
*Ambitious and resilient
*Confident using CRM systems, Excel and related sales tools
