Salary: £13-14 per hour
Hours: 8am-6pm (4 days p/w)

Reed Education is working in partnership with a warm, welcoming, and well-established Early Years setting near Northampton to recruit a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a permanent position.
This role is ideal for a practitioner who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.
The Role
*Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework
*Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
*Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
*Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and inclusion
*Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s development
Requirements
*NVQ Level 3 in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent full and relevant qualification)
*Sound understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
*A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
*Previous experience in an Early Years setting is desirable
