What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Senior Horticulturist
*Delivering exceptional garden maintenance across high-end private gardens, courtyards, and roof terraces
*Leading day-to-day site activity and overseeing the quality of horticultural work on each garden
*Supervising and supporting junior horticulturists to ensure consistent standards
*Diagnosing plant health issues and applying appropriate treatments and care plans
*Operating tools and machinery safely while maintaining an immaculate finish
*Acting as a knowledgeable, professional point of contact for clients on site
What you’ll bring to the table as a Senior Horticulturist
*Previous experience maintaining premium private gardens or equivalent environments
*Strong horticultural knowledge with confident seasonal plant awareness
*Experience supervising or guiding others on site
*Full UK driving licence with confidence driving in London
*Proven ability to maintain high standards across varied garden spaces

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45am – 4:15pm (45-minute break)
