Your mission is to deliver exceptional support by handling a variety of inquiries through multiple communication channels, ensuring every contractor feels supported and valued.


Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will balance high-volume communication with administrative precision:
*Multichannel Support: Manage inbound queries via phone, email, and live chat across various campaigns.
*Proactive Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to provide updates, follow up on inquiries, and offer comprehensive support.
*Problem Resolution: Aim for "first-contact resolution" by identifying issues early and providing efficient solutions.
*Performance Excellence: Work consistently toward established KPIs to maintain high service standards and delivery speeds.
*Administrative Support: Complete essential data entry and admin tasks as directed by management to ensure smooth operations.
