HW Finance are pleased to be working with a successful UK manufacturing business in South Yorkshire to recruit a Senior Accountant to look after the day-to-day of one of their main sites.


About the role:
This role sits within the Operational Finance function, and has ownership of one of the business’s main sites, responsible for end-to-end reporting. This is a hands-on and varied role, working closely with the Management team on site to support with decision making.


Key Responsibilities:
*Business partner on site management team to support with strategic decision making
*Ownership of P&L for the site, including month end reporting, annual budgets and forecasting processes
*Identify risks and opportunities through financial analysis to achieve business unit targets
*Involved in costing initiatives and providing relevant analysis
*Performance reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
*Become a clear right hand person for the operational team


About You:
*ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
*Hands-on end to end reporting experience
*Strong business partner, and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
*Ability to prioritise workload
*Commercial mindset to support strategic decision making
*Manufacturing/industrial experience
