As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:*Building strong relationships with customers and acting as their main point of contact
*Supporting onboarding and successful implementation of software programmes
*Delivering engaging online and occasional in-person training sessions
*Monitoring customer usage, identifying gaps and improving engagement
*Identifying opportunities to support account growth and retention
Successful candidates will have:*Experience in customer service, account management, customer support or client services
*Confident communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders
*Experience delivering training, demos or presentations (online or face-to-face)
*A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
