Property Administrator
Location: Harlow
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Salary - Up to £27,000

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to support our clients Property Managers with the day-to-day administration of residential properties
Key responsibilities include:
* Raising and tracking repair and maintenance orders

* Requesting and chasing contractor quotes

* Arranging access with Residents, Caretakers & Key holders

* Updating property management systems and records

* Responding to resident and client emails and calls

* Logging repair requests and general enquiries

* Sending updates, notices, and routine correspondence

* Checking and uploading contractor invoices

* Supporting service charge and arrears administration

* Maintaining compliance and safety documents

* Keeping property, ownership, and contractor records up to date

* Assisting with meetings, inspections, and general office admin
