Job Description:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Support Representative to help our customers get the most out of our products and services In the PR4 areas. You’ll be the first point of contact for questions, issues, and feedback, playing a key role in shaping the overall customer experience and representing our brand every day. As a fast-growing company with a turnover of £3 million, we’re building a strong, customer-first culture—and your work will have a real, visible impact on how we grow and improve. You’ll work closely with our team to solve problems, build lasting relationships with customers, and help us continuously raise the bar for service quality.

Customer Support – Key Responsibilities
*Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and/or social media
*Resolve product or service issues quickly and professionally
*Guide customers through features, troubleshooting, and best practices
*Document customer interactions and solutions in our support system
*Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed
*Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
*Contribute ideas to improve support processes and customer experience
Customer Support – Requirements
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong problem-solving and people skills
*Comfortable using computers, ticketing systems, and basic software tools
*Ability to stay calm and helpful in stressful situations
*Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
*Previous customer service or support experience is a plus
