Description
The key responsibilities of the Finance and Payroll Manager include:
*Management of a small transactional finance team
*End-to-end payroll delivery for c. 75-80 monthly employees, plus a small weekly payroll
*Oversight of finance operations, controls, and compliance
*Month-end and year-end support, including audit preparation
*Pension compliance and benefits administration
*Reviewing and improving finance and payroll processes
*Liaising with internal stakeholders across the business
*Involvement with property and residential entities
Profile
A successful Finance and Payroll Manager should have:
*A strong background in accounting and payroll management within the property industry.
*Professional qualifications in accounting or finance.
*Proficiency in financial software and payroll systems.
*Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
*Good knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
