We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading organisation in Biggleswade. This is a full-time, permanent role, ideal for reliable and hardworking individuals seeking long-term stability and career growth.


Key Responsibilities
*Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately
*Safely lift, move, and store goods
*Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
*Monitor machinery and production lines to ensure efficient operation
*Operate forklift trucks and overhead crane equipment safely and in line with procedures
*Support off-loading of products from service vehicles and ensure correct storage
*Load customer orders according to schedule, scanning all products for traceability
*Use handheld scanners and the Golden-I system to record stock movements accurately


What We’re Looking For
*Positive, proactive team player with a strong work ethic
*Forklift truck experience preferred; Reach or Counterbalance experience desirable (training provided)
*Experience with handheld scanners advantageous
*Commitment to safety and adherence to company procedures


Benefits
*Monday – Friday, 12:00 – 21:00 (8-hour shift, 40 hours/week)
*Competitive salary: £29,250 p.a. (after probation £31,250, plus £1,000 when cross-trained on machines)
*Overtime available at time and a half (weekdays & weekends)
*Christmas closure
*One physio session per month
*Uniform and safety boots provided
*On-site parking
