We are recruiting for a Skilled Administrator to join a growing technical team in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong administrative ability with experience in CAD, technical drawings, or design-based documentation.

? About the Role
You will provide high-level administrative and organisational support while assisting with technical drawing tasks and documentation. This role is ideal for someone confident working with CAD software or interpreting technical drawings, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage varied workloads.
?? Key Responsibilities
*Producing, updating, or amending CAD drawings or technical documents
*Supporting engineers/designers with technical administration
*Managing and organising technical files, drawings, and production documents
*General administrative duties, including emails, filing, and document control
*Data entry and maintaining accurate system records
*Liaising with internal teams and customers where needed
*Ensuring documents meet internal quality and compliance standards
*Supporting wider office functions as required
?? Requirements
*Previous experience in an administrative role
*Good working knowledge of CAD software (any discipline considered) OR experience handling technical drawings
*Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
*High attention to detail
*Confident IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
*Excellent communication skills
