Welder / Fabricator Full-Time | Permanent
Location: Biggleswade, Bedfordshire
We are a well-established, family-owned business and a recognised global leader in the design, manufacture, and installation of aircraft hangar doors and high-end industrial door systems. Our portfolio includes some of the largest doors in the world.
As part of continued growth, we are looking to expand our skilled manufacturing team by recruiting an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our operation at a 58,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and office facility in Biggleswade, which offers on-site parking. While based in the UK, the company operates on projects worldwide.
The Role You will be responsible for fabricating and welding components to a high standard, working from engineering drawings within a busy production environment. This is a hands-on role requiring accuracy, organisation, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Key Requirements * Proven knowledge and experience in sheet metal fabrication

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (essential)

* Experience using grinding, drilling, punch machines, and overhead cranes

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines

Salary & Benefits * Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and ability

Hours of Work * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30

* Friday: 08:00 – 15:30
