We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support our finance team in Wrexham for a short-term assignment starting ASAP.
Duration: On going assignment
Location: Wrexham – Office based
Start: ASAP
This role will primarily involve assisting with the preparation of information and supporting documentation for the auditors.
Job role:
*Collating samples for audit purposes
*Retrieving sales invoices and supporting documentation
*Tracing receipts to bank statements to evidence payments
*Navigating the sales ledger to locate relevant transactions
*Accessing and reviewing files to obtain payment details
Requirements:
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Basic IT and accounting software skills
· Comfortable navigating accounting systems and sales ledgers
