Key Responsibilities:
*Attend police stations across the West Midlands region
*Represent clients at police stations and in court
*Provide high-quality legal aid services
*Handle a mix of duty work and private criminal cases
*Participate in the duty solicitor rota
*Travel for callouts as required
*Maintain excellent client care and case management standards

About You:
*5+ years PQE preferred – flexible for strong candidates with less
*Accredited Duty Solicitor with police station and court representation experience
*Strong advocacy skills and confidence in handling varied criminal matters
*Willing to travel across the West Midlands for client and police station attendance
*Committed, reliable and passionate about criminal defence
