The roleAs a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will:
*Be a key part of a respected and well-established Wimbledon office
*Sell and let high-quality residential property across Wimbledon and surrounding areas
*Generate and conduct property viewings
*Negotiate offers and progress deals through to completion
*Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first enquiry to completion
*Receive training to stay fully up to date with current property legislation
About you*Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator and/or Lettings Negotiator
*Strong knowledge of residential sales and/or lettings
*Motivated, driven and target-focused
*Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
*Full UK driving licence essential
*Local knowledge of Wimbledon is advantageous but not essential
*Must live within easy driving distance of Wimbledon
