Description
· Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management accounts monthly
· Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
· Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control team members
· Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and financial institutions
· Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures
· Lead, supervise, and develop finance team members
Profile
A successful Finance Team Leader should have:
*Experience in producing month end management accounts
*Experience in leading a small finance team
*Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
