Job Description:
Due to exciting growth and increased business levels, our client is seeking a Residential Surveyor to join their thriving team.
Workload will primarily be based around the Staffordshire/Derbyshire area.

Working hours:
*Full or Part-time (minimum 3-day week)

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
*Basic salary of £50,000 (pro-rata for part-time)
*Car Expenses
*CPD opportunities
*RICS fees paid
Residential Surveyor requirements:
*Minimum AssocRICS qualified
*UK driving license
*VRS
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of:
*Carrying out Level 2 reports
*Mortgage Valuations
