Learning Support Assistant Rochdale
£103.05 - £110 per day
We are currently recruiting a caring and reliable Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in friendly and supportive schools across Rochdale. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
The Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (depending on placement)

* Support children with additional learning needs, including SEND

* Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities

* Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

* Encourage engagement, confidence, and independence in learners

Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting

* A patient, supportive, and proactive approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Understanding of safeguarding procedures

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
