* Location: Surrey
* Role: SEN Tutor
* Flexible hours
* Pay: £25-30 per hour
* Face-to-face tuition
Key Responsibilities * Deliver personalised tuition tailored to each student’s individual SEN needs
* Plan and adapt lessons to suit learning styles, abilities, and emotional needs
* Support students with engagement, confidence, and positive learning behaviours
* Manage and respond calmly to behavioural or emotional challenges
* Track progress and provide feedback to parents, carers, or commissioning bodies
* Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment
Ideal Candidate * Previous experience working as an SEN tutor, teacher, or support professional
* Experience supporting students with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties
* Patient, empathetic, and confident working with vulnerable young people
* Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Reliable and able to commit consistently to agreed sessions
