Tradewind Recruitment is working with a well-established primary school in Peterborough to recruit a Year 1 Teacher for a long-term position MAT Cover.
The school is rated Good by Ofsted and offers a supportive leadership team, clear expectations, and a well-structured curriculum. This role is suitable for an experienced teacher or an ECT with strong support in place.
The Role:
*Full responsibility for a Year 1 class
*Planning and delivering lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
*Assessing and tracking pupil progress
*Supporting pupils’ academic and social development
*Maintaining effective classroom behaviour and routines
*Working collaboratively with staff and parents

Requirements:
