What You’ll Be Doing
*Source and engage top IT talent (think Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
*Run the full 360 recruitment process with confidence
*Build strong candidate and client relationship
*Spot new business opportunities and grow your accounts
*Pitch solutions, negotiate, and close with style
*Use data and insight to drive performance — not guesswork
What You Bring
*1–3 years’ recruitment experience (IT a bonus!)
*Great communication and negotiation skills
*A proactive, commercially minded approach
*Ability to manage multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
*Credibility, energy, and a drive to exceed expectations
