£65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Company Vehicle + Hybrid Working After Probation + Progression + 31 Days Holiday

Are you an experienced Service Manager with a strong technical background in commercial refrigeration looking to take ownership of a growing service department within a forward-thinking business?
Do you enjoy leading and developing engineering teams, overseeing service delivery, and driving performance, while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, compliant service?
The company are a well-established refrigeration and air conditioning business providing installation, maintenance and servicing solutions across East Anglia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Refrigeration Service Manager who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and strategic input, with the chance to shape service operations, secure new business, and progress towards a future Director-level role within the business.
The Role:
*Manage and lead a team of refrigeration engineers and support staff, ensuring high performance and engagement
*Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, workload management, and resource planning
*Drive business growth by securing new service opportunities aligned with the company’s growth strategy
*Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, F-Gas regulations, and company procedures
*Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving escalated service issues where required
The Person:
*Experience in refrigeration and air conditioning service management or a similar role
*Holds relevant refrigeration qualifications (F-Gas, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
*Full UK driving licence
