Job Description:
Our client is looking for a customer service advisor to join their team, they are a friendly team who thrive on delivering high levels of customer service.


Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and webchat
Meet and greet customers in person, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience
Handle delivery queries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
Provide first-line support for customer service and sales enquiries
Process customer orders and complete associated administrative tasks accurately
Manage incoming calls and webchat interactions to a high standard
Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating where necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
Develop and maintain strong product and service knowledge, identifying opportunities to cross-sell
Consistently deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Person Specification – Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role (desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability with good attention to detail
Confident using customer service systems and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
