The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor based in Birmingham to join a friendly and professional team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling enquiries, and delivering excellent service.
You will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities*Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat
*Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
*Providing accurate information about products and services
*Updating customer records and internal systems
*Escalating complex queries when required
The Ideal Candidate*Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Confident using computers and internal systems
*Customer-focused with a positive attitude
*Reliable and punctual
