Job Description:
The Role:
* Supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Working with children with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Supporting pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience working with SEND pupils (essential)
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* The ability to adapt support to meet individual pupil needs
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
