Job Description

*Attend breakdowns, repairs, and routine maintenance visits
*Work safely at all times, following health & safety procedures
*Deliver a high standard of service and customer care
*Use digital systems to log work and support first-time fixes
*Take part in the out-of-hours call-out rota

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

*Experience with escalators and/or moving walkways
*Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
*NVQ Level 3 (or working towards with good progress)
*Great communication and a customer-focused mindset
*Full UK driving licence
