Property Manager
Location: South Woodford
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, office-based | Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
We’re looking for a Property Manager to join our friendly team in South Woodford! If you’re organised, numbers-minded and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect next step for you.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our property management department on track day to day — including:
*Chasing current and historic rent arrears (including liaising with tenants, insurance and enforcement services).
*Handling daily banking, posting rents on the system and doing bank reconciliations.
*Managing rent payments to landlords and rent guarantee batch payments twice a month.
*Supporting with potential rental insurance or court money claims when needed.
We’re ideally looking for someone with a credit control or accounts background — someone confident with figures, spreadsheets and keeping financial records neat and accurate.
It’s not essential, but if you’ve had experience logging into Universal Credit journals or helping with Direct Payment claims, that’s a great bonus!
