Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored 1:1 tuition to meet individual learning and sensory needs

* Adapt teaching methods to support non-verbal communication

* Use sensory-aware approaches to support engagement and regulation

* Work closely with parents, schools, and professionals as required

Requirements:
* Proven experience working with ASD, non-verbal students, and high sensory needs

* Calm, empathetic, and flexible approach to learning support

* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

Desirable (but not essential):
* Ability to speak Bengali

Pay:
£25-£30 per hour (dependent on experience)
