As an Assistant Branch Manager, your duties will include:
*Successfully negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes
*Attend valuations and win new instructions
*Arrange and conduct property viewings
*Cross-sell services where appropriate
*Support sales progression as required
*Assist in the day-to-day management and motivation of the team
*Play an active role in driving business growth and performance
*Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
Assistant Branch Manager requirements:
*Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager
*Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
*Driven, motivated, and passionate about property
*Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
*A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
*Highly self-motivated with a proactive attitude
*Full UK driving licence
