About the Role * Position: SEND Teaching Assistant

* Location: Primary School, OL2 - Royton, Oldham

* Start Date: ASAP

* Contract: Full-time, long-term

Key Responsibilities * Support children with SEND within the classroom and through targeted interventions

* Work closely with class teachers and support staff to implement individual learning plans

* Encourage pupil progress, independence, and confidence

* Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

About You * Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)

* Experience: Previous experience supporting SEND pupils in a Primary School setting

* Personal Qualities: Patient, empathetic, reliable, and committed to inclusion
