About the Role:
This is a brand-new office-based Sales Executive role.
The position focuses on managing warm leads, handling inbound requests, and conducting one-to-one calls with prospects and existing customers.
The role will work closely with the Sales Director and wider sales team, with opportunities to attend events.
Salary: Up to 30k
5 days a week in the office
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
*Meet financial targets for new business and retention ??
*Engage proactively with customers via phone, email, and events ??
*Be the go-to person for product information and support applications
*Identify opportunities for customer referrals to our Field Officers
Marketing & Relationship Support:
*Collaborate with our Marketing Team to enhance customer engagement
*Suggest innovative marketing activities to drive growth
*Represent our organisation at events when needed
Process & Service Improvement:
*Contribute to enhancing service delivery and customer journey
*Follow agreed processes accurately while suggesting improvements
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills:
*Sales-focused with a knack for understanding customer needs
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept at using IT systems ??
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ??
*Strong attention to detail and effective time management
