About the Role
The Bukola Group is supporting a forward-thinking organisation in securing an exceptional Interim People Services Manager. This role will lead and optimise core HR operations, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant and delivered to a consistently high standard.
The ideal person will be operationally excellent, detail-driven and confident managing a busy People Services function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the People Services team to deliver a high-quality, consistent HR service
Oversee all aspects of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
Manage end-to-end payroll activities or liaise closely with payroll providers
Own recruitment operations across the full hiring lifecycle
Draft, issue and amend employment contracts and associated documentation
Ensure HR processes are compliant, efficient and continuously improved
Support the business with accurate HR data, reporting and documentation
Maintain a high-volume workload with strong accuracy and organisation
Essential Experience & Skills
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
Strong grounding in core People Services / HR Operations
Proven experience leading a People Services or HR Admin team
Confident managing high-volume, high-accuracy operational work
End-to-end payroll knowledge (or robust working knowledge)
Full recruitment lifecycle exposure
Experience with contracts, letters and employment documentation
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and stakeholder communication
This is a hybrid role, on a day rate, 3-6 months
