Manchester City Centre (Hybrid - WFH Monday & Friday)

We are partnering with a growing organisation to recruit a commercially driven and ambitious Sales Manager.
This is a high-impact role for a proactive B2B sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building strong commercial relationships.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive lead generation, sales, and account management. You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle-from identifying prospects through to closing deals and supporting renewals-ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout.
This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys networking, building long-term partnerships, and working within a collaborative, target-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
*Drive new business opportunities and sales growth
*Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and events
*Prepare and deliver high-quality sales meetings
*Manage the full sales pipeline and report on KPIs
*Support promotional activity and enhance brand visibility
*Operational Oversight
*Maintain CRM accuracy and manage sales processes
*Coordinate renewals and account management
*Produce regular performance and pipeline reports
*Support internal projects and sales initiatives
*Team Support
*Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets
*Manage external sales contractors where required
*Assist in driving team performance
About You
*Proven B2B sales or business development experience
*Strong track record of achieving targets
*Confident in self-generating leads
*Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
*Proactive, energetic, and results-driven mindset
*Highly organised with attention to detail
*Professional and discreet
*Experience in membership, events, or professional services is advantageous but not essential.
