Job Title: Senior Consultant
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Competitive OTE + Car/Car allowance

Our client is a leading provider of fire safety and building compliance services, primarily working with large-scale institutional estates. Their portfolio includes expansive infrastructure projects, healthcare facilities, academic campuses, and high-density residential portfolios.
The Role
We are recruiting for a dynamic Senior Consultant to secure and manage high-value, long-term consultancy frameworks within the Enterprise and Institutional space. This is a senior individual contributor position where you will be responsible for navigating complex procurement cycles and managing multi-million-pound contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
*Drive new business development with large-scale enterprise organisations.
*Target and secure significant, multi-year strategic contracts and nurture long-term stakeholder relationships.
*Manage the sales process from initial engagement through to complex contract negotiation and close.
*Maintain a presence in the field, conducting site visits across diverse estate portfolios and leading client meetings.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling statutory compliance or related services, specifically focusing on complex multi-site estates and large-scale organisational frameworks.
Essential Experience & Skills:
*Extensive experience with statutory compliance and regulatory requirements.
*Demonstrable success in securing and managing large-value, long-term consultancy deals.
*Proven ability to navigate complex procurement environments and multi-layered stakeholder hierarchies.
*Highly valued experience in the retrofitting of large-scale buildings to specific compliance standards.
