Description
*Process and record supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
*Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy in financial records.
*Assist with payment runs and resolve supplier queries in a timely manner.
*Maintain and update purchase ledger accounts.
*Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
*Support month-end processes and reporting as required.
*Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve processes.
*Provide general administrative support related to purchase ledger activities.
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
*Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar role.
*Knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
*Strong numerical and analytical skills.
*Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Job Offer
