Job Title: Store Manager
Wonderful opportunity for a commercially astute, customer and sales focused Store Manager to join a fast growing and highly successful organisation within the self storage sector.
Self Storage experience would be ideal, but is not necessary. However, strong people management experience and a record of achieving KPI’s and budgets is essential. The key aspects of the role are converting sales, people management, operations and administration. Candidates who are always looking for new and better ways of doing things are welcomed in this role.

What you’ll do:


Sales and Customer Service
o Convert sales and help customers make informed decisions
o Achieve sales targets by maximising sales opportunities
o Provide outstanding customer service, always keeping our values in mind
o Resolve customer complaints, address customer concerns, and explain company or store policies


Store growth and development:
o Meet the revenue and growth targets, and control costs within a reasonable jurisdiction
o Manage the growth and development of the store and employees
o Demonstrate an active approach to achieve goals and objectives


Manage and train employees:
o Recruit, train, develop and support staff to keep the standards of your team high
o Motivate staff to give their best results
o Provide high levels of leadership, encouragement, training, and support in order to help others achieve their results and meet their budgets


Administration:
o Ensure effective administration of the store so that company systems, policies and procedures are always adhered to
o Create and implement effective marketing plans, and monitoring and reviewing results at regular intervals
o Promote the store in the local community by networking and liaising with local shops and businesses
