Job Description:
An excellent opportunity to join the senior leadership team within a progressive, fast-growing, tech-led Financial Planning firm.
Your primary responsibility will be the development of a high performing team of 15 Financial Planners, whilst getting involved in the growth strategy and proposition.
Leading by example, you will also forge new business opportunities and build/manage a small client base.
The firm has a separate T&C function, enabling you to focus on leading and driving the performance of the team.
The ideal candidate will be a high performing individual, currently operating in a Player/Manager role, or perhaps an accomplished, senior level Financial Planner, with some current mentoring responsibilities, looking to move into a more formal leadership role.
