Job Description:
My client is looking to hire a Graduate Consultant to join their delivery team. This role is ideal for a graduate who’s technically curious, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a long-term career in consulting and technology.
You’ll work alongside experienced consultants, gaining hands-on exposure to real client projects while developing both your technical foundations and client-facing consultancy skills. Full training, mentoring and clear progression are built into the role.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Engagement & Discovery
*Supporting discovery activities to understand client objectives, challenges and data requirements
*Assisting with gathering, documenting and validating requirements
*Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
*Helping track progress and contribute to client updates
Technical & Analytical Work
*Supporting the delivery of monitoring, telemetry and analytics solutions
*Assisting with ingest pipelines, dashboards, alerting and reporting
*Contributing to data analysis, reporting and insight generation
*Participating in testing, validation and troubleshooting
*Supporting a managed service function, including triage, fixes and customer meetings
*Following best practices for quality, documentation and repeatability
Documentation & Communication
*Producing clear, structured documentation for designs and delivery outputs
*Communicating the value of data-driven approaches to clients
*Maintaining organised records of work and project updates
*Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Learning & Development
*Actively engaging in structured training, mentoring and certifications
*Developing technical capability across telemetry, monitoring and analytics tools
*Building core consulting skills including communication, time management and stakeholder engagement

Desired Skills & Background
*A strong interest in technology, data, monitoring or analytics
*Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g. Python, Bash) is beneficial
*Awareness of logging, metrics, tracing or cloud concepts is an advantage
*Clear written and verbal communication skills
*A degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Maths) is preferred, but not essential
*Suitable for any graduate who can demonstrate the right mindset, behaviours and motivation
